Weather impacted the time line but we knew from our first meeting that Mr. Arthur was the right contractor. He talked us through the process, gave us ideas to help design the deck we wanted and he and DeDe kept us informed throughout the entire process. We Are very satisfied with the work and get lots of compliments, even other contractors who have come for other jobs have complimented the workmanship of the fence and deck. They are great people who stand behind their work. I waited a bit to post my review to see if they would come like they said if there were any issues and when we had a minor issue, they came within that week and took care of the issue. Thank you both for your great personalities and work.

This is the second time we have used Arthur and Dede because they did such a fantastic job for us the first time! Their prices are very good, they are very reliable and keep in continual communication so you always know where you are schedule-wise and if there are any changes due to weather etc. They run their business with integrity and the customer is their #1 priority! Thank you for another fantastic job!

I want to say the service rendered was impeccable, great quality work, and quality products used: they were professional, and extremely knowledgeable .The dynamic dual impressed me in so many ways, they sat me down and explained everything that would be done, they even helped me pick out the lights that would be installed on the deck, which they put together when they arrived. The weather did not cooperate on one of the days and they made contact with me regarding their every move."Its raining but we will be there when it stops" and they did just that. It was nice to see his wife representing for us women, she was carrying the wood, cutting it up, measuring, and everything else, I was in my house peeking out the window, saying yessssss you go girl. I have never been so pleased with the finished results, I truly could not thank them enough, I told my entire neighborhood about their services. I would hire them again and again, I really wish I could run a message in the air via airplane. The couple made me feel like family when they were leaving I wanted to say bye Auntie and Uncle Arthur, that's the warm and sincere feeling I had for them. I don't write many reviews, but these people are special. We are loving our new high quality deck! It was nice to sit back and watch the job execute professionally. Once started, it became their number one priority. These contractors: - Did not rush and did not bounce from job to job. - Arrived every morning that weather permitted. - Even worked on weekends and New Year's Day (not something I requested). - Fulfilled all custom requests. - Addressed all concerns - Used hand picked, top quality wood. My paint contractor later complimented that everything was done to code. I was hesitant about making the 50% down payment, but I saw the other good reviews. They have proven themselves trustworthy. I wish that they did more than decks, fences, and kitchens. After this experience, I don't want to hire any other contractor. Thanks Arthur and DeDe; we are going to miss you coming by every morning!
